Richard has been a fantastic manager of our two properties. I had been somewhat frustrated with past management inattention and lack of action . Richard has been the opposite. He has enabled some necessary work to be done promptly, provides active and careful attention and provides excellent updates when needed. He goes the second mile, even attending Owners Corporation meetings on our behalf, and working over strategically important times like the Christmas break. He has been active in finding tenants and represents us well. I recommend him strongly.
